Consultation (If Desired)

I strive to provide detailed information on my website to answer most questions, but I understand you may have specific concerns that go beyond what’s covered online.

This 15-minute phone call is a great opportunity to clarify anything you’re still wondering about. It’s entirely optional and available upon request—simply click here to schedule a time that works for you. The call is brief, focused, and designed to ensure you have all the clarity you need before moving forward.

Proposal Review and Securing Your Project Date

Following our consultation, I’ll send you a proposal outlining my standard packages and optional add-ons, allowing you to customize your project to fit your goals. You’ll have 14 calendar days to review and select your options before the proposal expires.

The proposal includes a clear breakdown of the scope of work, pricing, and available add-ons. If you choose to add extra services now, we can schedule them to start right after your primary package services. However, if you decide to add on later, they’ll be booked based on my next available date, which may involve a wait.

Once you’re ready, simply accept the proposal. A contract and initial invoice will be generated automatically. Please note, signing the contract and paying the non-refundable retainer are required to secure your project start date.

If you have any questions during the review, I’m here to clarify details and help you choose the best options for your project. My goal is to keep the onboarding process smooth and straightforward.

Welcome Packet & Questionnaire: Project Prep

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a comprehensive Welcome Packet via email. This packet outlines every step of our design journey, including a detailed timeline, key milestones, and resources to keep the process smooth. Additionally, you’ll receive a tailored questionnaire designed to capture your brand’s vision, preferences, and goals. This is your chance to share inspirations, colors, and any unique details that define your brand.

To keep us on schedule, please submit the questionnaire by the provided deadline. It’s okay if it isn’t 100% complete—just do your best. The questions are meant to get you thinking deeply about your business. If you’ve already put thought into these areas, you’re 10 steps ahead! While website content can be adjusted later, having a clear brand direction from the start ensures we stay on track. We’ll address any missing details as needed during the process.

Kickoff Call ( For Website Packages Only)

For website projects, we’ll begin with a video kickoff call to dive deeper into your business goals, brand vision, and questionnaire responses. This call is an opportunity for us to align on your project before we dive into the design work. During our session, we’ll review your completed questionnaire together and explore any ideas or preferences you have in mind. If needed, we can share screens to discuss examples and inspirations that resonate with you or identify elements you want to avoid.

To make the most of our call, it’s helpful if you’re prepared to share examples of websites, designs, or features you love (or dislike) so we can refine the direction. I’ll also walk you through the timeline, explain each phase of the design process, and clarify what I’ll need from you to keep everything on track. By the end of our call, you’ll have a clear roadmap and feel confident about the next steps as we bring your website vision to life.

Design Phase

With the initial vision fully aligned, the design process officially begins. During this phase, I’ll take everything we’ve discussed—your questionnaire responses, inspiration sources, and insights from our kickoff call—and translate it into a cohesive design that embodies your brand’s unique personality.

To ensure a seamless and efficient process, feedback will be handled asynchronously. I’ll present the initial design concepts via shared tools that allow you to easily comment, highlight areas for adjustment, or mark what you love. I’ll guide you on how to provide clear, actionable feedback to refine the designs effectively.

We’ll work through unlimited revisions within a specific feedback window to perfect the design. During this time, it’s important that you remain available to review and respond, so we can keep the project on track. I’ll communicate clear deadlines for each round of feedback. If I don’t receive input by the end of the feedback window, I’ll assume you’re happy with the design and proceed to the next phase. This ensures we maintain momentum and deliver your project on schedule.

Project Finalization

This is the exciting final stage where we bring everything together. Once we’ve completed all design revisions and ensured every detail aligns with your vision, we’ll finalize your brand assets and/or website design.

For website projects, we’ll schedule a Website Walkthrough Session. During this video call, I’ll guide you through your new site, showing you how to navigate, update content, and utilize its features effectively. This includes a tutorial on essential tools, such as managing your blog, updating images, or adjusting text, so you feel confident making future updates on your own.

As we wrap up, I will prepare and deliver all final files—whether that’s logo files, brand assets, or website credentials. I’ll ensure everything is organized and ready for you to easily access and implement. If your project includes a website, I’ll also transfer full ownership to you, giving you control over your new online presence.

Please note that final files and website ownership are transferred once the final payment has been received. To keep everything on schedule, it’s important to process this promptly. I’m always here to support you, even after the project concludes, so don’t hesitate to reach out with questions as you start using your new brand assets or website.
